My manager is a narcissist. Gaslights me. But he's cool at the same time so I'm confused.

The thing about him is he doesn't care about my success at all. He doesn't want me to be better than him, surpass him, etc. he likes me on his team he even told me he needs me because I'm always available and always pick up shifts. I'm the #1 guy to call I always pick up. But I'm at the site I'm unhappy at becuase he won't transfer me to the site I like the most when he easily could. He'd rather have me be with him where I'm most unhappy but benefit him most.

Tbh this guy sucks he's miserable. Hes done me good like give me OT and let me take longer breaks and shit but he does harass me literally every time we see each other which is once a week when we work together, but he's a POS low key
