Indian car scene

I’m not Indian nor have I been to India. My knowledge comes only from what Ive see online. Please excuse any errors I may write.

Whenever I open up instagram i might find a car reel out of India and in the west the car might be okay and no one takes photos, but in India there is like 100 people surrounding it and taking photos. Why is that?

Last thing, what is with the Toyota fortuner? I feel like they are loved by everyone and are meat riding on it. Like it’s a Toyota. How is it that special?
