Tickets aren’t quite ready yet

Hi everyone! Super excited to go to my first GP this weekend. I have GA tickets for the three days. I connected the tickets through the COTA app but it says that they “aren’t quite ready yet.” I received the wristbands a few weeks ago but am wondering if I am missing something to make the tickets ready. Am I good if I just have the wristband or do the tickets need to be accessible on the app as well? I appreciate any help.
