Man how tf

I keep getting opponents like these with low OVRs and somehow they keep getting past and outpacing my players, then their defense is ungodly like World Class level with the AI. Are these cheaters or hackers?

My team has 105 OVR, he had 84 and somehow shut me down 2-1
