Third party Solar panels output too high to charge Eufy Cam C2 ?

So I bought these solar panels and I forgot to check what the Voltage output rating for the solar panels. I notice that during a short period of time from dawn to 8-9am the camera charges up

and then when the sun is up high it stops charging.

I’m thinking the max Voltage output of the solar panels is too high for the eufy cam battery to handle so it stops charging? If so if I cover up some part of the solar panels to lower the output voltage would it works better?
