What do you look for when buying GB?

What are some things you consider when choosing WHO to buy from? Do you look for tax free, free shipping, freebies (spend $100, get a free 1/2 GB), fastest delivery time?

What are things you consider! I personally prefer the best packaging. The two websites I have bought from have some of the worst packaging! They use recycled materials from other orders that don't even protect my order!
