Microphone priority issues. How can I fix it?

Before I tell you the problem, I want to say this because of the people who don't like to read full posts: Yes, I have already been to volume mixer, but that isn't the problem. Yes, I have already checked the sound settings and in the recording tab selected the mic I wanted to use. Now that we have that out of the way, here is the problem: My microphone works fine normally, but the moment I plug in my PS5 controller to my PC, It immediately steals priority and it uses the crappy controller microphone. Is there any fix for this issue?

P.S. If helldivers let you choose a device in-game, I wouldn't have this issue
