I think I’m taking too many nootropics
Hey All, I’m looking for some advice on my vitamin and nootropic regimen. It feels like I’m taking quite a bit of pills and unsure just yet of all of their effects nor how they may or may not work together. In general, I feel good taking these, haven’t noticed any issues and have no other health issues. My main goals are Anti-aging, antioxidant, brain health, seratonin production. Any advice would be great, thanks!
Every day:
- NAD (100mg)
- Omega 3 oil (2000mg)
- Vitamin D (25mcg) and Vitamin K (45mcg)
- 5-HTP (50mg)
- Tryptophan (500mg)
- Lions Mane (600mg)
- Resveratol (200mg)
- Bacopa (320mg)
- Daily vitamin
Every Night:
- Magnesium Citrate (100mg)
Every 2 Days:
- Curcumin (55000mg)
