I think I’m taking too many nootropics

Hey All, I’m looking for some advice on my vitamin and nootropic regimen. It feels like I’m taking quite a bit of pills and unsure just yet of all of their effects nor how they may or may not work together. In general, I feel good taking these, haven’t noticed any issues and have no other health issues. My main goals are Anti-aging, antioxidant, brain health, seratonin production. Any advice would be great, thanks!

Every day:

  • NAD (100mg)
  • Omega 3 oil (2000mg)
  • Vitamin D (25mcg) and Vitamin K (45mcg)
  • 5-HTP (50mg)
  • Tryptophan (500mg)
  • Lions Mane (600mg)
  • Resveratol (200mg)
  • Bacopa (320mg)
  • Daily vitamin

Every Night:

  • Magnesium Citrate (100mg)

Every 2 Days:

  • Curcumin (55000mg)
