[A levels] How important is PW?

So for context, I'm a J1 with a rly bad PW teacher. I did some research and some ppl said that if you're going overseas uni, PW is useless. Is that rly true? and for ppl who didnt do well for PW but still did well for A levels overall, pls lmk what yall did as well. And on that note, if yall had bad pw teachers pls lmk how you handled them and stuff like that, ill appreciate it .
