spring break

i'm going on vacation (unpaid - i didnt rack up enough pto bc i started this year working part time rip) this december for like 12-13 days. would it be weird/look bad to ask for spring break off too (for reference that's the last week of march for me)? i was planning on seeing family but idk when would be the right time to ask. but also, i've been thinking about going on demand next semester bc that would give me more freedom to pick up shifts when i can

also i did tell my HR ETL that i might have more availability if i take more online classes. HOWEVER, nothing's set in stone yet as it really depends on what classes i do end up getting b/c registration is ffed lol. i don't even get an early slot.
