Communicating and influencing example - HEO

I'm applying for an HEO position (I don't currently work for the CS) and have finished my personal statement. The only behaviour required is communicating and influencing, which I was fine with, until I realised they want you to use a specific example (I thought it would just be general). I'm absolutely baffled on how to think of one example which covers every single thing in that behaviour for HEO level. The behaviour covers:

-Communicate in a straightforward, honest, engaging manner

-Choose appropriate communication style

-Encourage use of different communication methods (including digital resources, highlight benefits including cost effectiveness)

-Ensure communication has a clear purpose, takes into account individual needs

-Share information and check understand

-Show positivity and enthusiasm, encourage others to

-Ensure that important messages are communicated responsibly (considering diversity of interests)

I have examples that could cover all of these, but not one mega, catch-all example that somehow captures all of those in 250 words. I don't know if I'm taking this too literally, I'm autistic and sometimes do, but this requirement seems insane to me.
