Fred Liu and Evelyn Ha ruined themselves

I want to preface this that I honestly side with Evelyn for most of the drama of the break up. Theres a lot of evidence that Fred was a shitty boyfriend and possibly cheated, etc etc, but thats not what this post is about.. also parasocial warning but I think its kind of justified because both of them have thrown so much personal stake into this online space of theirs...

After the breakup Evelyn got 100% cringier and ditzier her content is honestly not as enjoyable anymore. Same with Fred. His content feels so... awkward and self indulgent. He keeps throwing his new girlfriend in our faces and even if he doesn't mean it in a spiteful way it definitely comes across as such. Evelyn showing Ben off could also come off as the same way, dont get me wrong, but personally it always felt more as retaliation. But either way they're both being cringe AF.

The way they each interact with the camera has completely changed for the worse. Its so eerily synchronized that the only explanation I can think of is the breakup brought up a bunch of their deep rooted insecurities that they are now both desperately trying to disprove by trying to rocket to influencer stardom and adopted this new content farming personality.

Leaving such a deep and longlasting romantic relationship as the one they shared was surely extremely emotionally disruptive, and I feel like they both handled it badly by jumping into new relationships so fast(Esp fred). It's like theyre both trying to prove something and its clear they couldnt handle it well. Honestly they both shouldve learned to take a step back and properly heal. But also what do I know all I can see is that post break up both of their content went to shit...correlation or not, this is all parasocial speculation... what do yall think

honestly dgaf about fred at all he can stay rotting - his content was never special to me and he's clearly a douche (racist slur user, cheater, f boy, actually cringe). Evelyn has her own faults ofc but I still have some very slim amount of hope for her to wake up from this futile ego competition and turn it around.
