Vivid Seats - Cannot get tickets

I bought tickets from vivid seats for the Chicago show tonight and I cannot access my tickets. I accepted them but ticket master informed me that there is another phone number and email address with the tickets even though they were accepted with my email address and my name.

Has this ever happened to anyone?? My show is tonight and I am freaking out :(
