why wont my dvd finalize?

this has probably been asked before but i’ve been finalizing a few discs from my childhood and this one says it wont. i’ve heard that it might be too full but some of the other discs are a bit over 30 minutes and this ones just at 26 minutes, and i really don’t want to delete anything just to make it work. help?
