THE APPLE

When I was little my mother told me things that happened to her as a child but some of them were strange or even disturbing like for example the one that the Halloweens of 1984 were doing trick or treating with some friends in their hometown they had accumulated a lot of sweets until they went to he hadn't described this house very well because it had happened many years ago but he remembered this gentleman in his fifties who had given him an apple and his friends had just returned home his mother asked him about the apple my mother told them everything she told them that maybe it was better that she ate the apple the evening went well they all went home safe and sound until the next day her friends were found dead in their room poisoned dead the mother was saved in time the gentleman was not found in his house they found themselves alone a message saying see you next Halloween from that day my mother and I will no longer go trick or treating
