Have you ever seen a Lightweight 3* weapon loose mod ?

Been scrapping a tonne of lightweight trash, solo grinding EN06 and vendor hopping like a frisky bunny to anyone showing a mod count but never seen the lightweight weapon loose modbox.

Armor yes lots, Weapon no.

Anyone seen one or know if its actually in the reward level lists ?
