What rap song did you have to be there to understand how big it was?

"Get Low" by the Ying Yang Twins and Lil Jon was huge when it dropped. The Ying Yang Twins had hits before this but none like this. The song was played at every party and always on the radio. The beat was made for dancing, on top of that the hook is very catchy, and overall the song is very energetic. If you were to yell to the window then to the wall would've been followed up immediately by anyone near you I'd argue thus is one of the best club songs of all time.

"In Da Club" by 50 cent took the world by storm. The song launched 50 Cent career in to the mainstream and I can see why. The beat was insanely good, the hook was catchy as hell, and 50 him self had that star aura. The song was played around the clock on TV and on the radio.

"Crank that" by Soulja Boy this dance had the world in a strangle hold and launched Soulja Boy career. This was one of the biggest dance song in the 2000's and inspired the dance song craze in the late 2000's. "Teach me how to dougue" "you're a jerk" "stankie leg" and other songs that came out after tried to capture the same viral fame but failed to get as big. "Crank that" was played heavily on the radio and was one of the first digital hits seeing large play on YouTube and downloads. Soulja Boy has turned him self into a joke as of lately but in the late 2000's he was on top of the world.

It's other songs I know were big but I was either not conscious enough to remember or wasn't alive. What are some you guys were alive for?
