Please help us save this sweet girl!! Critical!!

This young pitbull was found last night abandoned in the cold. She is in very bad shape.
Her face is swollen, she is septic, her liver values are bad, and it appears she just gave birth to stillborn babies, which she heartbreakingly digested because she was starving.
She is in critical condition, but we are doing all we can for her.
She is young, maybe a year at most and incredibly sweet. Even as sick as she is, she is still wagging her tail and wanting attention and trying to play.
We have chosen to hospitalize for 24 hours to see if she improves.
We NEED donations for this baby immediately!! If she’s going to keep fighting, we will fight with her. She deserves the chance to live!
