If you're thinking of getting any of the S25 devices, honestly just wait for the S26.

Because the S25 series doesn't really have much to offer... No major camera upgrades, No major design upgrades, and just not much of an upgrade in general. The S25 series is basically the S24 series 2.0 if that makes sense...
