New tattoo (delicious ink in Rfd il, by Annette tattoos)

Hello new to this group! This is my first tattoo. How do you know if your artist was heavy handed as I felt like I could barely sit through the pain,even tho I did. I’d say my pain tolerance is pretty high overall. (This is day 4 in the healing process btw)
