Please give recommendations for a key light to record Talking head videos with Sony a7sii

I'm considering buying a key light for making YouTube videos framing one subject; myself.

My budget is within 80 to 300$; I don't mind if the light only runs on electricity, it is without batteries, or if it doesn't have RGB effects, but it should be powerful enough to give a good effect with a 90cm softbox along with a grid.

I'm sharing screenshots of the kinds of frames I will be using for the videos, as I have recorded one or two videos with a 50w energy saver light...

Please recommend something that serves my needs. Thank you in advance.

I'm thinking of buying something by Godox as they are cheaper than Aperture, and also let me know how much w should that light be, 100w?
