195lbs > 137lbs in 16 months
Really struggling with accepting my new body shape and the lack of curves that come with it. I feel like a boy and have discovered i have a rectangle body shape. I’m still wanting to lose 10 or so pounds to help with stubborn belly fat and then focus on muscle gain. I exercise 3-4 times per week doing weight lifting and eat ~1500 calories a day. Also thinking breast implants would help me to feel more like a woman. I am 26 years old btw.
